Jan 02, Colombo: Results of the 2008 GCE Advanced Level Examination will be released tonight.

Examination Commissioner General Anura Edirisingha said he hopes to release the results online by midnight.

School principals in the Colombo and Sri Jayawardanapura municipal council areas can collect the results sheets tomorrow morning and results for outstation schools will be posted later.

Release of the results was significantly delayed as teachers boycotted the paper grading for a few weeks.
