Jan 19, Colombo: Sri Lanka President Mahinda Rajapaksa attended a public rally in Naula in Matale District today.

Former Central Provincial Council member of Marxist Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP), Sarath Wijesinghe, met with the President at the rally and promised to support the government in the forthcoming provincial council elections.
