Thursday, February 5, 2009, 14:12 GMT, ColomboPage News Desk, Sri Lanka. Feb 05, Colombo: Sri Lanka Cement Corporation has announced another price reduction for cement with immediate effect. According to the Corporation the price of a 50 kilo gram cement bag will be reduced to Rs. 695 at the Nuge Road, Peliyagoda stores of the Corporation and to Rs. 670 at the Sri Lanka Ports Authority stores with immediate effect. The cement corporation has not announced the reasons for this emergency price reduction yet.
