Sept 28, Colombo: A suspected LTTE suicide bomber blew himself near the main bus stand killing a civilian and injuring 9 others this afternoon, the military said.

According to the Police the suicide bomber who was on a bicycle rammed his bicycle into a three-wheeler carrying Police personnel around 3:15 p.m.

The driver of the three-wheeler was killed and 9 others including seven security forces personnel and two civilians received injuries. The injured were admitted to the Anuradhapura hospital, Police said.
