* Sri Lanka President to launch a massive paddy cultivation project tomorrow

Oct 08, Colombo: President Mahinda Rajapaksa is to launch a paddy cultivation project tomorrow in Bandaragama in the Western Province.

During this program, 450 acres of abandoned paddy fields will be re-cultivated and the initiative will be taken island wide under 'Api Wawamu – Rata Nagamu' programme under President’s political manifesto, Mahinda Chinthana.
