Oct 06, Colombo: Minister of Urban Development and Sacred Areas Development, Dinesh Gunawardena has sealed a 15 million Euros worth of credit from Spain's Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) to build a warehouse complex fitting to international standards.

This credit facility which will be provided on a flexible interest rate is repayable in 15 – 20 years.

Spain's second-largest financial company by market value, BBVA is a multinational financial services group operating in 32 countries.
