Oct 31, Colombo: For the second consecutive day this afternoon Sri Lankan Air Force fighter jets bombed a LTTE stronghold in Kilinochchi.

According to the Air Force spokesman Wing Commander Janaka Nanayakkara fighter jets raided the hideout of Sea Tiger Leader Soosai in Jayanthinagar, Kilinochchi at about 2:45 p.m. LTTE Sea Tiger leader Soosai was believed to have been present at the hideout during this air raid, defence sources said.

Pilots have confirmed that the target was accurately hit.
