Mar 27, Colombo: Sri Lanka Air Force jets carried out yet another series of air strikes on rebel positions in Iranamadu and Pooneryn area this morning, the air force said.

They said that Kfir and F-7 bombers targeted the Tiger training facility in Kalmadukulam, east of Iranamadu first. The second attack was carried out on LTTE’s command post, which was also used as a radar and coordinating center at Walaipadu, south of Devils’ Point.

The pilots have confirmed the targets were successfully destroyed.
