Mar 20, Colombo: Sri Lanka President Mahinda Rajapaksa today paid his last respects to the legendary science fiction writer Arthur C. Clarke at his residence in Colombo.

President placed a wreath of flowers near the coffin. Clarke will be buried at a private funeral in Sri Lanka's capital on Saturday according to his wishes, a spokesman said.
