Mar 19, Colombo: The nine new Deputy Inspector Generals (DIGs) of Police visited President Mahinda Rajapaksa today at Temple Trees. H.M.D. Herath, L.A. Jayasinghe, R.P.S.K. Rajapaksa, I. Abesiriwardane, Y.P. Dayarathne, A.N.S. Mendis, F. Michel, H.D.A. Gunathilake, and V.P. Hewaga are the new DIGs. Acting President's Secretary Gamini Senarath, Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa, and Inspector General of Police Victor Perera are also pictured.
