July 05, Colombo: UNP national organizer S.B. Dissanayake held talks with President Mahinda Rajapaksa yesterday at Temple Trees.

Mr. Dissanayake said the meeting with the President was meant to seek assistance for the Vidyodaya University’s Alumni Association, which he represented.

“The President agreed to oblige,” media reports quoted Mr. Dissanayake as saying.
