July 31, Colombo: Sri Lanka Private Bus Owners' Association said the new ruling by the Supreme Court to issue bus tickets using an electronic ticketing machines for the buses operating in the Western Province from tomorrow would not be possible.

Speaking at a media briefing held in Colombo today, chairman of the Association said that bus owners are facing severe difficulties in purchasing the ticketing machines.

The Supreme Court earlier ordered for all private busses operating in the Western Province to use ticketing machines from August 1.
