July 17, Colombo: With a Government direction all unauthorized structures built on the roadside in Kotte town next to the Parliament road was demolished by the authorities. Urban Development Authority taking a court order has carried out the demolishing with the help of Sri Jayawardenapura Urban Council and the Police. Pictures show demolished buildings on the roadside.
