July 15, Colombo: Over 2,000 members of Federation of Self Employees self gathered at the Temple Trees with President Mahinda Rajapaksa yesterday (14) to celebrate the First Anniversary of the Federation.

Self employers from all walks of professions including three wheeler drivers, pavement traders, lorry drivers, porters, private bus workers and pavement hawkers gathered to celebrate the event.

Ministers Bandula Gunawardana, Mahindananda Aluthgamage, Governor of Western Province Alavi Moulana, Chief Minister Reginald Cooray, President of FOSE, Mahinda Kahandagama and R. Tennakoon were also present.
