Jan 23, Colombo: Minister Tissa Vitarana, who serves as the chairman of the All Party Conference (APC), presented President Mahinda Rajapaksa with the APC's proposals on national issues this evening.

Prime Minister Ratnasiri Wickremenayake was also present at the meeting, held at the Presidential Secretariat in Colombo.
