* Ceylinco Insurance supports victims of terror attack in Buttala, Sri Lanka

Feb 28, Monaragala: Ceylinco Insurance PLC has donated over 3.2 million rupees to the families of victims in the terrorist attack on a civilian bus in Buttala last month.

The donation was made yesterday at the Frasi Hotel in Monaragala by the Ceylinco Insurance Company Uva Province regional manager Raj Arulanandan,

Accordingly, 43 families received 75,000 rupees each. Twenty-seven people were killed when the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) attacked the bus in Buttala on January 16. On the same day, another five farmers were murdered by the LTTE in the same area.
