Feb 01, Colombo: Highways Minister Jeyaraj Fernandopulle was sworn in as acting Minister for foreign Affairs before President Mahinda Rajapaksa today at the Temple Trees.

Secretary to the President Lalith Weeratunga also pictured.

No more information regarding the appointment was available from the President's office.
