* Another group of Sri Lankan soldiers getting ready to serve as UN peace keepers

Dec 03, Panagoda: Another group of Sri Lankan army personnel are getting ready to leave the country as UN peace keepers in Haiti in near future.

According to the sources a group of 754 army personnel passed out this morning to serve as UN peace keepers.

The passing out ceremony was held in Panagoda Army camp this morning and the group consisting 697 soldiers and 57 officers have successfully finished their training.

They will travel for Hiati within the next few weeks and a group consisting same number of army personnel will return after ending their mission in Haiti.
