* Another group of stranded Sri Lankans arrives from Thailand

Dec 03, Colombo: Another flight carrying Sri Lankans stranded in Thailand had arrived in the country this morning.

This was the second flight that brought stranded Sri Lankan. The first flight arrived yesterday evening.

According to the Sri Lankan Ambassador in Thailand Prof. J.B Dissanayake, over 100 Sri Lankans are still stranded in Thailand.

The Ambassador said the remaining Sri Lankans will be evacuated with immediate effect from Thailand with the assistance of Thai authorities.

Over 360 Sri Lankan passengers were stranded in Thailand as anti-government protesters blocked Bangkok's main Suvarnabhumi and Don Muang Airports bringing them to a standstill.
