Dec 24, Colombo: President Mahinda Rajapaksa yesterday at the Temple Trees presented a cheque for Rs. 39.9 million, the grand prize of the Mahajana Sampath lottery, to the winner Mrs. W. Premaseeli of Angunakolapelessa.

The National Lotteries Board Chairman Chaminda Ethuluwage and Working Director H.G. Sirisena were also present.
