Dec 02, Kalpitiya: The Police arrested a woman living in a Sri Lankan refugee camp at Elukkulampitiya, Kalpitiya of Puttalama in the Northwestern part of the country with a large quantity of heroin last night.

Kalpitiya police said they found two kilograms of heroin in the possession of the suspect when they arrested her.

According to the police the value of the heroin is over Rs. two million.

Kalpitiya police is conducting further investigations.
