August 30, Colombo: A bomb exploded little while a go in Pettah, Olcott Mawatha.

According to sources, 43 has been injured while 35 is already admitted to the Colombo National Hospital.Few of the victims who suffered severe injuries were already taken for immediate surgeries.

Police suspects that the explosion would have happened from a parcel bomb kept on the pavement near a clock repair center on the roadside.
