Aug 20, Colombo: After receiving much international media attention and applause from the global fashion and apparel industry, Grey's acclaimed 'Garments without Guilt' global marketing communications campaign is now in the race for the prestigious Asian Marketing Effectiveness Awards 2008 [AME Awards].
Garments without Guilt (GWG) is an industry initiative of Joint Apparel Association Forum to promote the ‘ethical business and manufacturing’ resolve [position] of the Sri Lanka’s Apparel Manufacturers and Exporters among the global fashion and buying houses and key decision makers.
The GWG campaign focuses on ethically-made clothing, free of child labour, sweatshop conditions and forced labour in Sri Lanka.
