Sept 07, Colombo: Ceylon Workers' Congress (CWC), the major constituent of the Upcountry Tamils of Sri Lanka has decided to re-acquire the ministerial portfolios from which they resigned few weeks ago.

However, the CWC has demanded the Ministry of Urban Development for its leader Arumugam Thondaman, CWC sources said.

Thondaman was to return to homeland after a foreign tour yesterday and the final decision was to follow.
