May 28, Colombo: Expatriates from all Sri Lankan communities - Sinhala, Tamil, and Muslim - who live in London will hold a major protest campaign demanding that the British government not lift its ban on the LTTE.
Reports said the protest campaign is scheduled to take place on June 8 in front of the Parliament building in London.
The Chairman of the Sri Lanka Janahanda Foundation, Sri Lal Dias, said the campaign was in response to reports about a plot by certain politicians who allegedly want to lift the ban on the LTTE to garner votes from the Sri Lankan Tamil community.
