Mar 31, Colombo: John Keells Holdings announced that it has sold its restaurant business in Sri Lanka to a regional franchise holder.

A spokesman for the JKH said Keells Restaurants (Private) Limited and Crescat Restaurants (Private) Limited which held the franchises for Pizza Hut and Delifrance in Sri Lanka were sold to Gamma Pizzakraft Overseas (Private) Limited.

The parent company of Gamma Pizzakraft has the franchise for Pizza Huts in the national capital region of Delhi in India, JKH also said.
