* US Ambassador is chief guest for event at Sri Lankan preschool

Dec 06, Colombo: The Carlton Preschool in Tangalle held its English Day Concert at the Carlton Auditorium today.

United States Ambassador Robert O. Blake was the chief guest at the function. The Carlton students welcomed the Ambassador and President Mahinda Rajapaksa to their school.

Founder of the Carlton Preschool, First Lady Shiranthi Rajapaksa, Mrs. Blake and the Blakes' two children are also pictured. The preschool students preformed a drama, and the Blake family was presented with gifts at the event.
