Aug 10, Colombo: C.N. Saliya Mathew, Chairman of the Presidential Committee on Ex-Gratia payments to persons affected by political violence at the Presidential Election 2005 handed over its final repot to the President Mahinda Rajapaksa at the Temple Trees today.
