Sept 12, Colombo: Commonwealth Secretary General Don McKinnon yesterday called upon Sri Lanka President Mahinda Rajapaksa at the President's Office in Colombo.

His visit coincides with the annual Commonwealth Finance Ministers’ Meeting, which is currently being held in the Sri Lankan capital.
