Oct 13, Colombo: Sudath Wasantha de Silva, chairman of the Sri Lanka Council of Visually Handicapped Graduates, pinned the first flag for Sudu Sarayati (White Cane) Day on President Mahinda Rajapaksa today at Temple Trees in Colombo.

The President handed over the Sudu Sarayati flags, donated by Caltex, to members of the Sri Lanka Federation of the Visually Handicapped.
