Nov 15, Colombo: Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa, in his capacity as Finance Minister, discussed the final budget proposals for 2007 with Deputy Minister Ranjith Siyambalapitiya and Finance Secretary Dr. P.B. Jayasundara yesterday evening at the Presidential Secretariat.

The proposals further provide a plan for the next ten years under the 'Mahinda Chinthana' policy framework.
