  PM opens Tomlin Park and Municipal Vehicle Park built for pilgrims visiting Kandy

Jan 17, Colombo: Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa Sunday declared open the Tomlin Park and the Municipal Car Park which were built for the convenience of pilgrims visiting the Temple of the Tooth in Kandy.

The Tomlin Park with the state-of-the-art resting places have been built by the Strategic Cities Development Program and the ‘Siyak Nagara’ Development Project of the Government under the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing.
